DirectEmployers' alliance with America's Job Bank helps member companies attract more diverse candidates and comply with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP) requirements for federal contractors, as well as attain overall affirmative action goals. DirectEmployers offers employers the option of automatically posting jobs from their web sites (or designated files) to America's Job Bank (AJB).
America's Job Bank is part of CareerOneStop, a powerful suite of tools which also includes America's Career InfoNet, and America's Service Locator. In line with the U.S. Department of Labor's (USDOL) vision for America's Labor Market Information System, CareerOneStop, including America's Job Bank, is a state-federal partnership funded by federal grants to states. Jobs posted to America's Job Bank must meet U.S. Department of Labor standards by including the job title and city and state in which the job is located. Each job posting may contain no more than 4,000 characters. Companies may include industry and job codes however they are not required. Individual activity reports for each DirectEmployers' member company which uses this posting option are available from the America's Job Bank Service Center. |
